SkillsUSA South Carolina follows a specific set of Bylaws and Policies that help govern the way our organization functions. Combined, these provide the necessary building blocks of our state association and allow its members to be placed in the best position possible to find current and future success down their career pathways.

Update: As we attempt to stay up to date with the dynamic changes occurring at our state and national levels, in our communities, and within our great associations, our Bylaws, Policies, and Procedural Manuals will be reviewed and updated annually. If changes are reported on any contest update pages or elsewhere, they will supersede the currently posted information. You may contact the State Executive Director with questions.
